Customer Account Manager - Wolverhampton

The Role:

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

Â? Managing all aspects of existing customer accounts

Â? Business Development

Â? Making credit and underwriting decisions

Â? Discussing problems with customers in arrears

Â? Providing after sales customer service

Â? Approx. 80% of the role is telesales
