Community Nurse



My client is one of the most popular community care providers in the UK.

They act as a strong support to people with severe disabilities by offering an excellent service and complex care packages that promotes independent living.



As the Nurse it would be your role to devise a plan of care for your own client, who will have a specialised condition such as a spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, chronic lung disease, metabolic or neurology.

The role will give you freedom to work and plan your own diary, allowing you to be flexible for the client and respond to any immediate health/clinical needs.

Within the company you will have support from a large group of Nurses and have the opportunity to attend Monthly Nurse Meetings/Updates and be able to seek advice from fellow colleagues.

You will be required to regularly liaise with the relevant health care professionals such as GPs, Hospitals and Primary Care Trusts, in addition to training with the teams working with such high dependency clients which is paramount to the safety of all clients and essential for ensuring that the package runs effectively and a high standard of care is achieved

You will be a highly motivated, organised and driven individal. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be eligible to work in the UK and be a qualified RGN, coupled with the flexibility to work shifts. It is desirable that you hold a full UK Driving license and use of own vehicle.
