Our client is looking for a full time, permanent RGN for their nursing care home in Smethwick.



You will support the Manager / Deputy Manager to create and maintain an environment in which all residents receive a high standard of care, be involved in initiating and implementing new ideas, and participate in the setting and maintenance of good nursing standards in consultation with other nursing colleagues. You will work in accordance with the Codes of Professional Conduct as issued by the NMC.



You will need to be a fully qualified RGN with a valid PIN number and experience of working with elderly patients with dementia in a residential home environment.



The salary is from £11.00 per hour but is negotiable depending on your experience, with training available.
