Regional Loss Prevention Manager



National retailer seeks a Regional Loss Prevention Manager to deal with all aspects of Loss Prevention at stores within Northants / Bucks / Beds / Cambs region. Responsible for analysing and monitoring shrinkage and identifying cost effective solutions to reduce loss. Ensuring compliance to Company procedure. Conducting investigations into suspected acts of dishonesty and breaches of company procedure. Ensuring action is taken to protect customers and employees. Ideal candidate will have experience in a multi site retail environment. An excellent opportunity to join a large, expanding Department with opportunities for future promotion.
