Nursing Manager RMA/RGN Redditch



An excellent opportunity has arrised to join a well established Care Home provider in the Midlands, who provide nursing and residential homes to older people. They are currently recruting for a Nursing Home Manager for one of their homes in the Redditch area. You must have experience in working with the elderly who suffer from Mental Health issues, the main one being dementia.



As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the nursing home. Your key duties will include leading and inspiring a team, implementing individual care plans for the residents, ensuring all resources availabe are used effieciently and effectively, budgeting and financial responsibility for the home, including marketing and maximising income, health and safety, liaising with outside agencies, maintaining and improving the CQC rating, attending senior management meetings and other duties as required.



IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HOLD A CURRENT UK PIN REGISTERED WITH THE NMC AND IS LIVE ON THE REGISTER FOR YOUR RGN OR RMN QUALIFICATION.
