PHP Web Developer required for a rapidly expanding online job board and recruitment business, based in Cradley, West Midlands, offering an annual basic salary of between £18,000 to £20,000 plus bonus and incentives.

The ideal PHP Web Developer will have a wealth of programming experience coupled with creative flair. Web design will be your passion as will be your desire to create cutting edge solutions for our established internet businesses.

This is an outstanding and rare opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest growing job boards. Our web programming has traditionally been carried out by external web design agencies, however it is now our intention to bring future creative work in-house.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Ongoing PHP programming
* Linux and Microsoft Server Management
* Search Engine Optimisation work (SEO)
* Graphics creation - Photoshop and Flash
* Creation of regular html emailers
* General IT systems management
